About PaperTori

PaperTori has free, step-by-step instructions for traditional origami models and paper airplanes.

The diagrams are not drawn by hand. Each model is written down as a sequence of folds, and a folding program works out exactly how the paper looks after every fold, including which layer ends up on top. If a fold cannot be made with real paper, the program refuses it. That is why the flat folding steps show the paper as it should look in your hands. The last steps of a few models, where the paper is opened or shaped in 3D, are drawn illustrations.

We only publish traditional models and our own designs.
